No I haven't mentioned it on the list yet. I have been really busy this
spring and haven't found
the time yet. The Cruise control is just a J.C. Whitney (a well known
purveyor of aftermarket
auto parts) special unit but I fabricated a special linkage because I have
access to a machine
shop (not a highly sophisticated one but adequate). In other words I fab'd
a linkage because
I could.

You bet. The biggest problem I have on extended drives (especially on the
interstates
(motorways? what do you call the main, cross country thuroughfares over
there?)) is the
fact that the throttle return spring is so weak that I must hold my foot
back and the muscles
on the top of the my leg cramp. This reduces this problem considerably.
