TR6 bug front?

As I get ready for the 12 hour drive to the VTR convention in Hudson in
July, I'm starting to think about how I'm going to protect the front of
my car from the inevitable bug splats and stone chips.  I'm not sure if
I'm willing to go to the expense and semi-permanence of a vinyl bra and
was wondering if anyone on the list was aware of a mesh "bug front" that
could be quickly fitted to the front of my car for the highway portion
of the journey.
