Partly correct.  Early TR4 seats were like the TR3's.  BUT - Later TR4's had a
one piece 'H" bracket which mounted to the floor and was held by 4 bolts.  The
seat itself was connected to the bracket by two bolts at the front.

Careful here also.  This is not quite true.  After 1962 (about halfway through
the TR4 run of 40 thousand cars) there were some more changes in TR4 seats.
Both seats did tilt forward (completely - not just the backs).  Cheers.
