I had the same problem several years ago. The solution, which I received
through Stu Bollen of the list, which reputed came from Dave, the lead tech
advisor at TRF, was to remove the top of the five way connector valve
(brake lines), located on the passenger side frame in the engine
compartment. Inside you will find a plunger and spring. Remove the
spring. It worked for me.
