Bob,
I saw the same thing on a TR6 at the MG show in Vermont this past fall. The
owner referred to it as a "mohair" top. The closest I've been able to find
is in the Moss catalog, called a cloth top and selling for a pricey $600! I
have to admit, it did look great on the car I saw and even my wife loved
it. I'd also be interested in hearing people's experience with them.
