Yes, it does appear to exist. It's available from Rimmer Bros UK for
about $20. Surely, if you're restoring a Herald, you're familiar with
Rimmer Bros?

Where are you and your project located? How long have you had the car?

you may also try haynes directly at http://www.haynes.com they list all 
the books currently published and you can buy it from them directly if 
you want, or do like i did and get the haynes manual number and order it 
at your local parts store that sells haynes manuals.  you'll save over 
list, my triumph book listed for 21.95 and i got it for 15 bucks at the 
local chiefs. including the 2 week trip round the country that UPS sent 
it on.  now theres another thread
