They will fit OK on the wheels. I think the TR4 came with 165-15 as stock
size, no? If so, the 165/70-15 is too small in diameter by at least an
inch. This will result in a speedo error (speedo will read high) and higher
engine speed for a given road speed. The car will launch quicker in a
drag-race, too.
