A Twat is the bloke that pulles out in front of you
whist you are going up a steep long hill, (like the
one my (Oxford) side of Glouster, burdlip?) and wonders
why he can't accelerate very well, whilst you are
deturmined to not loose any speed:-) You will then
excalim Twat, whist slapping your fourhead, with the
palm of your hand. If you sayed Twit you would
not slap you fourhead, infact Twit is compleatly
the wrong word to use.
