Dear Friends. Here are a few answers to various questions that
have come up since we last wrote.

A customer in Canada has written concerning British Auto Sport and
whether purchases made there are tied in with The Roadster Factory:
Are sales recorded at TRF, and is his customer number credited? Do
TRF discounts and promotions apply? British Auto Sport is an
independently owned company which purchases parts from TRF as well
as other suppliers. The company is owned and operated by Fred
McEachren who is a long-time British car enthusiast. No purchases
made from British Auto Sport are recorded with TRF in any way, and
TRF promotions and discount sales are not applicable on purchases
made with British Auto Sport. =

The same customer has inquired about a 15% sale which we are
holding at this time. Retail orders over $100.00 before discount
are entitled to a 15% discount off of TRF's Red Price List prices
(price list dated January 1996) if placed between now and April 5,
1997. Sale flyers are in the mail, but you may place your order

stock gear that he bought from us recently. One of our Level II
