This talk of a V8 powered TR4 brings to mind that I saw over the years.
One was a real hatchet job on a 4 in the Catoctin Mountains back in the
early 70's. The floor boards were cut and the bulk head was butchered
pretty bad.

The other, belonged to a person named Bill White ( I think ). I saw it
at the 1981 VTR national in the Pocono. Very - very clean job and I
seem to recall that you couldn't tell from the outside that there was
anything lurking under the hood other than standard fare. Of course
until it was started!

Anyone know if Bill White is still around? I'd imagine Bill Sohl
remembers that car!
