Well, my TR-6 finally moved under it's own power (for more than a mile anyway)
for the first time in 8 years after a much too long restoration period. Funny
how getting married, building a house and having kids will do that. Hopefully
down to the smog check station next week!!

While I was driving around I noticed that the cockpit seemed a little more
cramped than I remember... my leg seems to be wedged so it rubs on the bottom
of the steering wheel and presses on the center dash support unless I have the
accelerator pedal floored. I was thinking that maybe I have the steering
column adjusted to far out from the dash or..... Any one else have the same
problem or ideas? Maybe I've become a little more cramped!

Also, I seem to be missing some bits from the seat rails -- the one's that bolt
to the floorpan. The lever that locks/unlocks the seat from pivoting up have
nothing to catch on and hold the seat down. It looks like there is supposed to
be some sort of metal bracket that bolts to the seat rails which the lever
assembly is supposed to catch on. I can find no illustration of what these
look like or.... Could someone take a look and let me know what these look
like, shape, size, etc...

Thanks!
