This will probably tell you the nominal horsepower and acceleration, but if you
really want to know how YOUR car is performing, for horsepower you need a 
chassis dyno or "rolling road" and for acceleration you need a stopwatch and 
a friend to do some timings.  Get your speedo calibrated too, if you care, 
or visit a drag strip.
