This will probably start a volley.......

Ran both bias ply and then radials on my 2 and 4. The radials seemed a
smoother riding tire, felt better on the road.

The radials seem great for all of the road driving I do. I live in the Blue
Ridge
Mountains of Virginia and the car does well when pushed on the curves.

But while playing really hard in parking lots, etc. The radials seem to hold
really well(a bit scary, it seems like I'm really unweighting a wheel) and
then give way immediately (since the second time, I haven't pushed that hard
again). The Bias ply tires would squall and give way a little at a time.

A friend of mine, a GT6 fiend and SCCA nut, says that those are
characteristics of both types of tires. As I remember, he said, that radials
hold better, but when they let go, they go all the way.
