Helllllp!
My 70 TR6 is now dead in my basement. (For want of a nail the horseshoe was
lost?) In the process of rebuilding my brake master cylinder, I found a brake
line was corroded badly. I discovered this when it broke during disassembly. It
was badly pitted, and I was grateful to find the problem in this manner,
but I cannot locate a replacement. I tried the usual places (Vicky Brit,
TRF, Moss, and even Rimmer Bros) but it is not in stock anywhere.
If anyone has a spare (new or used) I would gladly pay for the part and
shipping etc. This line is for the primary (front) brake circuit from the
Master cylinder to the pressure valve. It is the one with coarse threads.
Assistance would be gratefully appreciated.
