Spitfire camber compensator

Howdy pardeners,

I have a camber compensator on hand, is it any good for daily driving
(Spit Mk3) or is it just for those pressing the car to the limit in
racing?

What is the difference between installing a camber compensator and
a sway bar at the rear?
