That sounds like an excellent find, well worth a careful restoration. I have
been told that if you send a check for $40 to the Heritage Motor Center with
your commission number they can give you all the serial numbers for engine,
transmission, etc. which were installed on your car at the factory, when it
was built, what color paint, interior, options installed, etc. I haven't
done it yet for my 3B, but you might try them. The address I was given is:
