Joe: My observation and possible root cause is still valid, even considerin=
g you have the problem beforehand.
A flex line that is deteriorating from the inside produces the symptom you =
described.=20
When a line is obstructed, the high hydraulic pressure from the master cyli=
nder will force its way down into the calipers.
However, ...when you get off the brakes there is very little back pressure =
up into the master cylinder if the line is obstructed.
I suggest you look at your flexible brake lines.
Hope this is helpful.
Regards,
Don

I should clarify. I had the brake locking problem before I replaced or reb=
uilt everything. And I still have the same problem. Could it be something =
with the master cylinder?

Thanks,
Joe

That all seems to work okay.
