anybody know the difference between a N-12Y and a
RN12YC?

==AM==
N12Y was the "original" Champion of yore. RN12YC is a "_R_esistor" plug (for
radio noise suppression) with a _C_opper core. The latter plug is also known
in current Champion numbering as a 404, while the nonresistor version
(N12YC) is a 38. I think most all of the "standard" range of Champion plugs now

have copper cores.

*Man: Well, no ... It's not so much of a jet, it's more your, er,
Triumph Herald engine with   wings.
