Hi all,
nothing saddens me more than to hear this. It's just about the first post
I've received from the Spitlist since, for unknown reasons, I'd been bumped
off - and not noticed it - because I'm involved with Nass. It was only until
I had posted something, that I became aware of this
fact.......yes........slow learner.....LOL
Richard, I'm aware of the strict regulations of MOT as they are at TUV in
Germany. It sounds like the tub is in bad shape and you're not willing to do
a body-of resto on it at this point. I absolutely hate to see you give up on
this, but realize there comes a point where fixing and patching different
areas are just band-aid solutions and a waste of time and money. I hope,
you'll find a suitable tub or start the body work on a complete resto. Hope
to see you back on the road with a Spit soon.........yeahhhh......... Stags
are nice, but they lack the spirit of fun-spitfire madness...........they
are much toooooooooo sophisticated for ground-root mad driving..........
Liv
yes she's back.....
