Or, for the repairman without the tools, cant he just squirt oil in the 
cylinder via the spark plug hole and do the check over again. The oil
coating 
the rings,wall,piston thus blocking potential leakage there. If at retest
the 
compression hasn't changed the problem is in the valves on three?
