I used the 3n1 insulation (from VB), cut to fit (using the old insulation as
a pattern) and edged with aluminum tape (to keep the water out of the
insulating material). I glued the insulation to the inside of the tranny
cover, and stapled the edges for good measure.

I don't think the last email I sent out went, but if
it did just ignore this email. I am looking for a
good insulator that will stop the heat/cold coming
through the trans tunnel area. It has to be weather
resistant as it will be exposed to water when it rains
because I will put it where the existing old
insulation is, under the trans tunnel. any ideas?
Mark
