There are a lot of these things about, and most of them are cons.   If
the number you are trying to call is a premium rate number, I suspect
that you will mostly likely have "won" some piece of tat that is worth
less than the cost of the 'phone call.   What is the dialling code?   If
it is a premium number, chances are that you'll end up regretting having
won.   What does the small print say?   If it includes a range of prizes
from "fashion watches" and "beautiful pendants in genuine imitation
gold" up to the GBP50,000, you can bet anything you like that you've won
a piece of junk jewellery.
