Have a look at this schematic:

I don't know your commission number, but the previous schematics do not
show the lighter.
I *think* this was actually an option at the time and later was offered
as standard equipment.

Anyway, it appears to have only a Purple and a ground, where the lighter
element is the "switch". I do not see a fuse in that part of the
circuit.
