1978 spit 1500 = yesterday I thought I had a gas odor, check under the car,
nothing, checked under the hood, nothing, O/K I drove around for a short
spell and then filled it up, this a.m. having some errands to run and
packages for the P.O., I raise the boot, and what to my surprise is a second
gas tank (non-optional), the boot is almost completely filled with gas. Back
the car down the driveway away from the house, disconnect the battery,
pulled the trunk plugs and drained the gas, hole is located in the L.R.
corner of the tank, my question is what is the best way for removal
(easiest/quickest). Thanks "FT"
