Its the switch - Its very expensive - Its a common problem - find a good
used motor.
The 'microswitch' was designed by lucas, and has a nylon pin to detect
run/park. The nylon
wears down so that the switch no longer operates (no kidding!) Poor design,
but it was what
was available to BL at the time. Even Jags & Volvos used them.
