Terry,
I've got the same setup except for electronic ignition. Went thru the
'where does this line go' trip a couple of years ago. If you have a TRF
catalog, you can find the proper hose routing in there.
Bottom line.. if you put in a header ( I just did this weekend) the bottom
port has a line that goes to the fuel trap and then to the vacuum advance.
Without an EGR, you will have to cap off the upper port, or just route the
line to it's fuel trap and then to the decel switch on the carb. (I have
mine disconnected and the port capped off)
