I disagree about getting rid of your land line. When anyone that isn't a
personal friend asks for a phone number, they get the land line number
(businesses, filling out forms, etc.). Caller ID and a recorder help to
screen the nonsense. I block robocalls on my cell and rarely get any calls
on it other than from my contacts.
