The Milwaukee has three modes. 100 ft-lbs. Some intermediate amount (I
don't remember what it was) and then all of it. We experimented with
those modes a bit while we were busting loose crusty suspension bolts
but eventually settled on using all of the torque all of the time.

It does have one neat feature which is when it's set at high-torque it
slows way down as soon as the fastener breaks loose so it doesn't
fling it across the shop. I like that feature but wish it slowed down
to a little bit higher pace than it does (It would break lugs free and
then take longer than I'd like to finish spinning them off).
