Contrac is the name of the little green blocks that were mentioned. Their =
advantage is that they cannot move them to their nest and have to eat them =
in place, and, as was previously stated, once ingested the mice look for a =
water source, generally outside, and then die. I=E2=80=99ve used them for =
years with much success. =20

Scott, if you are going to be there to empty the traps, there are live trap=
s that are called "Mice Cubes." =C2=A0They are as simple as they get and ca=
n work great. =C2=A0But they need to be emptied as they only hold one at a =
time.=20

If not, the other method I use is the TomCat baits at Tractor Supply. =C2=
=A0(I'm sure you can get them elsewhere.)=20

They are little green blocks that you put behind walls and corners and such=
. =C2=A0The mice crew on them, get thirsty, go to water and die (so they do=
n't die in walls.)=20

Also, check your local ASPCA. =C2=A0They often have 'barn cats' that aren't=
 fully domesticated. =C2=A0They can be relocated to your property. =C2=A0Th=
ey take care of anything outside.=20

Just some things to think about.=20
