As John says, fix them - you'll probably find that a cleaning and new
diaphragms will make them work like new for only a few bucks.  Nothing much
to wear in a regulator, but the diaphragms do deteriorate.

check a local welding supply store for estimate for repair vrs new
purchase.... lots of times it's cheaper to fix
