Mandrel... Ah, that's the ticket! that's much closer to what I was
looking for than I was finding - thank you for taking the time
to post this!
I was actually hoping for one with the metal frame as well, to use as a
basis for the rig - otherwise it would be just as easy to
get a chunk of keyed shaft and a couple of pillow block bearings and go
from there - I'll keep looking.
