*On a one time application of terrible access,  I have had great sucess with
turning a nut with repeated blasts of an air hammer . . fit a bit with a
chisel end, sharpen now and then and turn a flat at a time.   Perfected
while working on a Citroen 2CV; the car from Hell.*
