I have one of these and they will work, but you need a little bit of
strength and resolve. 8>)
It REALLY needs to bolted down secure to work. I've mounted mine to a
heavey duty pallet, so I can move it when I don't need it, but I may mount
it permently in another garage because it really needs to be 100% stable.
