Yes, my 140 Handler does.  It's about 9 years old.  It's on the wire feed
(Voltage) control, on which I believe the lowest setting is called purge.
Pulling the trigger provides gas, but no arc.

Doesn't the Hobart 140 have a Purge setting?  My Hobart 180 does...
