Most clocks in general.  The analog clocks are set up for motors that
turn in response to the 60 cycle frequency too.

For somewhere I remember learning that the power companies very
carefully control the 60 cycle frequency at the power generating plants.
They control the frequency to something like within 1 cycle in a 24 hour
period.  It is very, very accurate.

The rest of the comments about noise on the line are most likely
correct.  As others have suggested, isolate everything else on the
circuit (which could be other rooms of the house, garage, etc.) and
figure out what is causing the noise.
