You can buy a hose & fitting with the correct thread at most auto 
places.  They're intended to pressurize the cylinder for "real time" 
valve stem seal or spring replacement.

I still think the whole Freon thing is B.S.  But for what the stuff 
costs, they *should* credit you the value of the material extracted, 
since the whole idea of the expensive machine is to capture & reuse the stuff.
