Northern tool has some very low priced snow plows for trucks of various
quality. Obviously the lower priced $1k units have a lot less features.
For a driveway or two, you can get by just fine without hydraulic
adjustments.

You can even consider doing what many farmers do, and that's cobb up a
unit. I've even seen some very good wooden ones. The tractor ones
usually have two long legs going back to the rear axle, and a cable lift
using the rear lift arms and some pulleys up at the front to raise and
lower the blade.

There's also the notion of a tractor, riding mower, or snow blower.
Having used all three over the years, I'll honestly go with the big walk
behind snow blower most of the time. It's easier and faster than the
tractor and blade usually, and handles deep stuff *much* better. That's
not what I expected to find.
