Depends on whether you believe their specifications, or not.  I buy a lot of
stuff from HF, but not for measuring !  But any torque wrench should be
periodically calibrated, especially the 'clicker' type.

That's an understatement !  They generally start and end sales at least
once, sometimes two or three times a week, and many of them are only
available in certain ways.  In-store prices may not match the web prices,
which may not match the sale flyer prices, and then there's their "Insider
Club" that gets sale prices a few weeks before the general public.

But in all fairness, the local stores have never given me any argument about
matching whatever price I can find on an item.
