Harbor Freight Torque wrenches for LBC

Are these Harbor Freight Torque wrenches of sufficient quality for use 
on my LBC's -- accuracy etc. Most of the torque specifications in 
Bentley TR250 are under 80 ft-lbs, and a few are 120.

I guess I'm mostly concerned about quality and accuracy. They won't be 
used a great deal.

+/- 4% seems good enough, compared to the rather wide torque ranges 
specified in Bentley.

Hmmm... one was on sale for about $6.00 yesterday. I guess they change 
the sales frequently.
