I just found on the Permatex website that Permatex, Inc.
purchased the worldwide rights to the Permatex brand
from Loctite Corporation. This was dated January 3, 2001!



I know that the last couple of times I had the windshield
replaced on my trucks, the mirror mounting pads were already
applied.
