'73 MG Midget Clutch Problems

Installed new release bearing (throw-out bearing), pressure plate, and 
clutch. 99% sure installed correctly. Reassembled transmission and engine 
and installed back in car.  No clutch pedal.  Rebuilt slave cylinder. Fairly 
new slave cylinder and master cylinder. I have bled, bled, bled.....

1- Why don't I have a pedal?
2- What am I missing?
3-Do you know of anyone I can call for help?
