I've seen something advertised in Hemmings, or maybe it was a review in
Classic Auto Restorer that would keep multiple batteries charged, at least a
dozen or so. I don't remember if it would handle 6v systems. I suppose if
you have an even number of 6v batteries, you could wire pairs of them in
series.
