Subject: Mig Wire Problems
Hi all,
I'm having a few problems loading the wire into my Clarke 150 mig welder.
The wire feeds in ok, but quickly becomes very tight and ends with the pinch
roller slipping of the wire and thus causes a loss of grip. I have checked
that the carrier is set for the correct gauge (0.8) but am still having a
problem.
Can anybody shed any light? This is the first time I have had to replace
the wire.
