There is a filter in the pump, but you will probably have to remove
the pump to get at it and not get more crud into the system than you
remove. You can test the fuel supply by pumping fuel into a container
held at the carburettor, being careful of spills and the attendant
fire hazard. There should be a considerable quantity of fuel flowing
unless the pump/line are clogged. Assuming you have gas there, it may
be nothing more than the fine rust/crud that has built up in the
filters at the banjo connections or in the float bowls. Remove and
clean and that problem should go away. I would recommend that you
install an in-line filter in the line before the carburettors.
