There is a filter in the pump, but you will probably have to remove the
pump to get at it and not get more crud into the system than you remove.
You can test the fuel supply by pumping fuel into a container held at the
carburettor, being careful of spills and the attendant fire hazard. There
should be a considerable quantity of fuel flowing unless the pump/line
are clogged. Assuming you have gas there, it may be nothing more than
the fine rust/crud that has built up in the filters at the banjo
connections or in the float bowls. Remove and clean and that problem
should go away. I would recommend that you install an in-line filter in
the line before the carburettors.
