Help in IDing an Olds 215 V8

Hello.

I have an Olds 215 engine I am trying to identify (year, model)

It is a four barrel engine, and was equipped with an automatic.

The block is stamped with the following number HI193808

The head is stamped with the following number S138786G

Any help would be appreciated!
