What are the two quality electric pumps that you referred to which are on the
market? I'm still (many years ongoing) constructing my 71 MGB with small
block Ford V8, and I'm interested in a full-time electric punp unit that
would allow me to bypass the pulley driven pump on the 302 because it would
give me more flexibility in locating the radiator and fan. I dont want
dragstrip pumps because of their short 'duty cycle'. Is there such a thing
available? My engine sits as far back as I could, but I still was prepared
to buy the Ford short neck pump just for the extra inch, and still I'm
concerned about overheating in idle traffic, even with heat vent holes I put
in tthe sides.
