Hi All:
I have just started to restore my 55TF, it has
been sitting far too long and my son has decided to
help in the work. I just found that even with the
shift in newtral and the hand brake released (been
that way for years) the rear wheel will not turn. Any
sugestions will be gladly accepted. TIA
