Once the sides are done, attach the wooden divider block and glue the
bottom
piece in.

When I got my TD, the original tool box felt was still installed. I've
kept it for a pattern. The wood block on my TD was installed before the
felt so the felt also covered the wood block. Three pieces are used.
On long narrow piece which goes down one side, across the bottom over
the wood block and up the other side. Then two pieces for the front and
back are used. They have cutouts for the wood block. I can take
digital pictures of the pieces if you want.
