As Ivan has already pointed out, there is at least one TF advertising
brochure that shows MG Red. The other brochures list "Red". Autumn Red
is never mentioned. MG Red is NOT a light red, although it is lighter
and less maroonish than Autumn Red.
Unfortunately all my reference material (brochures, etc) are packed away
in the attic so I can't prove or disprove that MG Red is correct for a TF.
What the heck, if you prefer Autumn Red, then paint it Autumn Red. It's a
car, not a religious icon.
